List all colleges you have attended since 9th grade?

<p>When the common app says, "List all colleges you have attended since 9th grade, including summer schools or enrichment programs hosted on a college campus," do you only include the college name or the program you were there for? </p>

<p>I tried to include both but there is only enough room for one name.</p>

<p>I think just the university’s name is fine, since it only asks for that.</p>
