<p>I believe stacking is when you can add your scholarships up instead of having your merit award & outside scholarships reduce your FAid award.</p>
<p>How do you do that?</p>
<p>Aside fro local scholarships I have had the best luck finding "real" scholarships from lists posted on some of the better high school and some college sites. You have to filter through ones that are area or state specific but there are often more obscure national ones buried in the lists. Also try not being so politically correct and use older terminology in google.</p>

Many Us & scholarships allow you to have as many scholarships as you are awarded but sometimes there are restrictions & you may have to choose among awards.
