List of need-blind universities for CANADIANS?

hey guys, i know that there are several universities that are need-blind for all internationals, but there are a few more unis that are need-blind for north americans (like penn)... Can anyone come up with a good list?

specifically, are all the ivies need-blind for canadians?

I'm pretty sure all the Ivy League schools are now need-blind for Canadians/Mexicans...double check Brown though, I think they used to be need-aware.

MIT is also need-blind...Stanford and JHU are not though.

All ivies, but Brown.

MIT is not purely 100% need-blind, since it has a 8% quota for international...

thanks a lot guys :)

Hey guys,

Does anyone if there are any non-Ivy universities that are need-blind for Canadians (if there are any?).

Thanks!

I believe Middlebury and Williams are.

amherst also

anywhere else? anyone, please?

Try Northwestern and Chicago, they're need based for internationals.

@keylargo:

How's MIT not 100% need-blind? I think our definition of need-blind differs out here. :-S

Does this apply to Canadian permanent residents also?

Based on what I've seen, yes.

U Mich is need blind for internationals i believe. atleast that is what their reps say.

^ their site says that intl who have a temp visa ( i dont know where this puts me though ) for the US arent eligible for financial aid at ALL

U Mich is def. not need blind. if you aren't a greencard holder or US citizen, you are not eligible to apply for fin. aid. when you apply to the school, you must sign a form indicating you have the financial ability to pay for all 4 years of tuition. The same goes for schools such as NYU, unfortunately.

^ aww mannn, i was really looking forward to applying their

any other need-blinds for canadians?
