List of schools that provide 100% of need?

Can anyone provide a list of schools that provide 100% need?

Thankss!!

~Elaina~

Elaina,

keep in mind that need is a realative thing and there is often a disconnect between how much you need and your "demonstrated need" that the college calculates based on the income and assets of you and your family.

also keep in mind that a not all schools meet their demonstrated need in the same manner. some give more in grant aid while others give more loan aid.

Most of the schools that meet 100% of your demonstrated need are also some of the most competive schools as far as admission. Do you know what type of school you are looking for: large medium or small student body, urban suburban or rural setting, any geographical preferences? A good starting off point for you is to look at the college board site so you can compare schools. They also give information when you look at individual schools what percentage of demonstrated need they meet and how the need is met (% grant/scholarships and % loans).

good luck with your search

I meant demonstrated need in my original post. whoops. yes, i understand the different. For example, I know UNC-Chapel Hill and Princeton both meet 100%. Where is there a list if it exists?

you can sort this list by % of need met.

That appears to be for state schools. Many of the 100% need met schools are private

sorry- I figured that if I gave the initial link others could find the rest on their own.
here are the private schools
