List of schools with good scholarship

i had 1990 in SAT 640 in CR and 690 in MATH. can anyone give me a list of christian schools that would be willing to give me a full tuition scholarship or 80-90% scholarship?i dont want IVY leagues schools :)

nobody helping

Azusa Pacific in Calif might give you some merit.

How much will your family spend each year?

5000 a year is probably what they going to spend a year

Are you a US citizen? What is your GPA?

Is Catholic alright? Try st johns, seton hall, sacred heart? What do you want to major in? Were in the country are you looking at?

anywhere in america will do for me and am a ghanaian my GPA is 3.5. I also want to major in business.

If your family is only going to spend $5k, then you’ll need a lot more than just tuition paid for. $5k per year isn’t going to cover room, board, books, and int’l travel.

ok, i there any school that can offer almost full tuition, around 70 or 80%. i am also good in sports, i could probably use this to obtain some scholarship. Don’t you think so? Please give me some good schools please.

When you say “almost full tuition,” I think you may mean “almost full costs”. Tuition is only part of the costs. There is also room, board, fees, books and misc costs.

And, athletic scholarships are awarded for a particular sport…and I think an athlete is recruited for those.

In all honesty a full scholarship are rare to come by these days. Have you looked at financial aid? Outside scholarships?

kellz101 – your stats are not generally appropriate to full scholarship to any school in the top 100 of USNWR.

You might want to check private Universities ranked in the 150-200 range. Look for a school where your 1350 SAT is in the top 10% of the current freshman class. Here is a link… start on page 7 and work down 2-3 pages:

http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges/national-universities-rankings/page+7

FYI private colleges cost between $40,000 per year (smaller, rural), and $56,000 per year.

Also, try Regional Universities… start at about #6 for each region and work down until you find a school whose 75% SAT CR + M is around 1250 or thereabouts.

Also, try Liberal Arts Colleges… start at about #100 and work down:

Lastly, the place to look up college SAT scores to find which colleges are at or below 1250 on the 75% CR + M is here

As an international with good, but not top stats, getting a full ride (or near full ride) is unlikely.
