<p>If you attend an elite private school your GCs should have a reasonable idea of some good school matches for you.</p>

<p>You should try to calculate your UC-weighted GPA to see whether it surpasses the 3.4 threshold. Your freshman grades will not be included. Doesn’t your school have Naviance? Your adviser can plug your stats in to see what individual colleges’ acceptance histories have been over the past five years. </p>
