List you scholastic distinctions..

OK, I have no idea what to list here.

I mean in here (international), the BIG distinctions are only awarded to those who attend public highschools. However, I have 1 honors and 2 distinctions, but these are only interschool ones.

Anyways, I’m using Common app, so the answer can be in essay form. What do you all think if I say that in this country, National distinctions are not awarded to those who attend private highschools. . but only to those attending public ones, and thus what I only possess is Interschool ones…?!
