On the Harvard supplement, it asks us to "list any non-academic distinctions or honors not already mentioned." It turns out that I already did this in the Supplemental information of my Common app, where I attached an extra file.

How should I fill out this box? Can I leave it blank, or will that look bad? Or should I write a note telling the adcoms to refer to the Common app supplemental information section?

I had a lot of my awards, distinctions, and honors listed on the Common Application already except one so I listed that extra one that didn't fit on their supplement. However, if I didn't have that one, I would simply leave it blank. It won't "look bad," as it states that this field is only for those NOT already mentioned. Thus, it would look silly to re-list them because it'd be redudant and a waste of time for both you and the Committee.
