Some people told me that I should list AP tests I'm taking my SENIOR year on the list and just not include a score for it. On Common Apps, it says "Date Taken/ To Be Taken" so should I include future AP classes on there too?

but there’s also a section for ‘intended accelerated senior year classes-1st semester’, or something like that. that’s where i listed my APs.

There’s the part where they list the current year courses but Common Apps specified that the list of courses WOULD NOT appear on your application… I don’t even know why it’s there.

Is that true? Because then I’ll just put my APs under the AP section along with you

This is a good question…I just listed all my senior year classes on that one part in the academics section

They’ll see your senior year classes on the transcript.

Then again I may self-study APs and not take APs for some of my classes so… idk.

QUESTION: If i take SPANISH or FRENCH, which are not AP at my school, can I take the AP test in the spring? If so, does my class count as AP?

You can take the test without taking the AP class and if you get a high score, you can get credit for it. However, I don’t know if your class will count as an AP class. I know a few students each there that take regular psychology and take AP psych test at the end of the year.

Should I list my senior APs under the AP test scores area??

From what I’ve read here, it’s common procedure to list senior APs and not include a score next to it.

My problem is that I’ve already run out of space under the “AP/IB Tests” category and haven’t even included some AP tests I took junior year. Should I just add everything under the “additional information” section?
