So the Common App website says

"If a course grants the student both high school and college credit, then the student should list the course in the Current Year Courses section since it satisfies a high school requirement. However, if a student takes a course through a college that is independent of their high school (i.e. they do not receive any high school credit), then they should list the course in the Colleges & Universities section"

Where exactly does one list the course? All I was able to list were the colleges I have earned credit at (I'm still in high school).

I am so damn confused on that too

It doesn’t let you list the course(s) on the common app, only the college(s) you went to (with the exception of University of California app which is not part of the common app. They want you to list the course(s) on the application, the grade received, and how many credit hours they are worth). My D requested an official transcript from the university she took classes at to the colleges she’s applying to. As a matter of fact, it was required by a majority of them, so in this sense the adcomms will indeed know what classes are taken at the college level. My D contacted the admissions offices/rep and asked if an official transcript of college courses was required. Luckily she did this, because transcript is not sent through HS guidance office/Naviance. It has to come directly from the college or university where the courses were taken.
