Listing Senior Year Courses on Common App

I'm a bit confused about how I should list my current-year courses on the Common App. I take college classes in addition to my regular high school ones-I am planning on taking more next semester, but I don't know what exactly they will be. I have some I want to take but I don't know if I'll get them yet. Should I still list the ones I plan on taking?

Also, how should I write them out? Title/level/# of credits? Or something like that?

Yes, this is all you can do given the time constraints. You could put (projected) next to the class to indicate that it is not definite. Also, you can send updates once you get your new schedule.

The CA states:

So Title/level/# of credits covers it.

I was in the same boat as you, and one of my classes changed in late november. So I just sent in an email. It went fine.
