I can list 5 honors/awards and I’m leaving one for sports. Our team won the national championship in my country, but I wasn’t the MIP or MVP, although I had good stats. Should I bother listing it if I wasn’t the MVP?
I would list it, but it also depends on what other awards/honors you have to list. Obviously being on a national championship team shows a lot of teamwork, dedication, etc.
@briank82 the other honors are high honors student, an academic award, national debate champion, and some awards for an EC activity–thought I’d throw in a sports award.
I think a sports award is great to show excellence in a wide range of activities, but I’m not sure what you’d remove. How important is “high honors”? If you have a very high GPA, something like that might be already obvious?
