literature writing course for Haas

Anyone have any suggestions? Nothing looks terribly appealing to me. The newest list is found here http://www.haas.berkeley.edu/Undergrad/pdf/literaturewritingcourseslist.pdf

I've got to take it in the spring... Not looking forward to it.

bump…i’d like to know too

Japanese 7A is okay.
Wallace is a really nice professor (and funny too).
There’s A LOT of work and reading for the class though…especially in the first half of the semester (we read like 300 pages a week for 2-3 weeks) but he grades pretty fairly.
Hope this helps!

any more opinions?

also, if for some reason going business doesnt work out for me, would it be advantageous for me to aim at a haas lit class that also fulfills 2nd half of RC (because ive already met first half of RC?)

I don’t think any Haas lit classes fulfill R&C? unless they changed this within the last year or so.

ohh hmmm… u may be right. can someone confirm?

and question still stands about which of the classes are relatively easier =]

I don’t think Haas writing and R&C can double-up. You have to take 2 separate ones.
