Need greater GPA for WhartHog. Sorry bud.

You have until next fall to get in...so during that time, I recommend going all out on your studies and getting your GPA higher.

Are you a soph?

yea. im a soph

So start studying and getting your GPA up. In order to get into UNC, especially OOS, you must have had a good SAT/ACT score. With this to your advantage, all you need is a higher GPA. I'm sure people have gotten into Wharton with a 3.6, but your chances are bleak. Junior transfer is very very very very very very, and I can not stress enough, veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy competitive. They probably only give 10 spots or so a year.

There are some other excellent business programs out there that revolve around junior status: Emory and University of Virginia.
