Your GPA is a little low. However, you’re an in-state applicant, so I think your chances are quite good.

Your SAT and ACT scores are really good, just get that GPA up (UNC’s average GPA is supposed to be ridiculously high, like 4.5 or something like that)
I think your GPA will definitely hurt you, but your SAT and ACT scores will save you.
