I’m deciding between completing the aces living learning program and the university honors llp and I was wondering how scheduling will work around it. The llps are supposed to take two years to complete, but require 6+ classes to complete in order to get all of the required credits. I doubt I will have room to take more than one extra class per semester with my current major and minor in mind. Also, can my three credits of HACS research be used for both the experiential learning requirements of the aces llp and the cyber security minor? I am trying to figure out how to overlap as many credits as possible in the aces llp, the aces minor, and an EE major while leaving room for a spanish class each semester, since I want to minor in spanish.
There is a thread on Pg 2 “Unexpected Honors/Scholars Snubs?” - a poster wrote they are an Honors College Ambassador and you could dm them. Might be a helpful source for your question.
@dk2662 Thanks! I’ll check it out
Did you get the email about the online chats? Aces is tonight at 7. Go.umd.edu/honorschat
