<p>Hi, I plan on attending Towson or UMBC, and I went online and saw alot of apartments form 800 to 1400 for 2 beds (planning on sharing) and I was woundering if it would be cheaper to live off campus becuase college board says it is around $9,500 for the closet sized rooms they give you. Also do they make you sign contracts.</p>
