LLC's

So I am thinking of LLC's and just want an opinion on them...

Personally I am planning on choosing the International LLC or One of the Business LLC...

Any opinion on these LLC"s would be helpful and if u think I would just be better of at normal dorm?

Also can some one shed light on whether it is communal bathroom for these LLC's or is that just for the normal dorms..

Lastly whether u think LLC's are good or the normals ones are better..

Thanks again...

and whether u think a business major should live here?

I’m in the computer science LLC and I love it.

I registered for the International LLC because it’s suppose to be in IV (says in the housing application) and since I’m from outside the country, there’s a possibility that I might have to stay in campus during christmas break. I heard that IV also has private bathrooms for every 2 suites (either double or single). Will be visiting the campus this coming weekend so I will definitely be able to give more details by then.

yes please, if u could give me a detailed view on it…that would be awesome.i live in dubai so sorta hard to come all th way there…haha

I visited NU this weekend, especially IV and they have a really, really good campus.
IV specifically, has buffet-style dining with choices ranging from: Italian, Indian, American, Japanese and others. In addition to this, all their food is made fresh and right in front of you (for most of it). They also have a bakery with various pastries and an unlimited ice cream machine that has basic flavors of vanilla, mocha and chocolate, and you can add toppings on top of that. They also have cereal, a waffle machine and pancakes, in case you wanted breakfast. I could go on and on about their food, but assume that’s it’s like the treatment you’ll get in a typical 4 star hotel. (at least that was how it was when I was there for the welcome day)

We didn’t get to see the double room, but the single room was a very decent size (pretty decent room for clothes and other things, the photos online don’t really reflect that). Each single shares a bathroom with another single (the bathroom connects both of the rooms), and this goes for doubles as well. The IV building doesn’t look like it’s in a bad area, but I probably wouldn’t walk in Ruggles station alone during night (from IV, you have to walk through Ruggles station to go through the main campus). They use card keys and in order to enter your suite, a person in the entrance of the dorms scans your NU card, so security is better than what I’ve seen in other schools.
