I submitted my LMU application quiet some time ago through the common app and usually a couple days after submitting the app universities would email me information to log into their site so I can check my application status/ materials checklist.
I’ve yet to receive one for LMU
I’m experiencing the same dilemma.
I never got the instructional email either. I emailed admissions and they responded with a student ID and instructions to create my account.
I would email them as soon as possible. I logged into mine after I set it up and found out that LMU hadn’t received my TOEFL test scores even though I sent the score reports a month ago. I emailed admissions letting them know and I just hope it doesn’t affect my admission decision.

Yeah, I have also sent my IELTS Scores to some other universities via DHL and they have not yet updated or reviewed my status. Ah, the struggles of international students! Hahaha, hopefully, all will be well in due time!

@M7MDAL There is a high chance that they have received them. I got a response back and it turns out they had reviewed the score reports but had not yet updated it on the system. Email the universities and I’m sure they’ll resolve the issue. And you too!

I followed your suggestion of emailing the admission’s office regarding my MYLMU account and they immediately emailed back the next day!
By following the instructions, I eventually logged into mine and found my application status to say, “Application is under review.” I believe that means that they have received all information they need to evaluate my application, correct?

@M7MDAL Yeah if you click on ‘View application detail’ on that same page, you can see all the documents the admissions office has received.
My application status is the same and I have been checking it way too much waiting for a change hahaha. So anxious. And its all good!
