LMU or USF

I know the answers may be biased (since is the LMU forum), however, I was wondering what school CCers prefer. If you were accepted to Loyola Marymount and the University of San Francisco, which one would you attend and why? Think about factors such as the student body, campus (if you've seen it), etc. Personally, I am unsure.

I think USF is little bit better when it comes to on and off campus dining and transportation. As far as the student body goes USF has more diversity in the sense that it has less white people, but LMU has more African-American and Hispanic students while USF has more Asians. I;ve *heard that USF has more of a rich preppy feel to it, but this where my LMU bias comes in.

LMU seems better in almost every other category: Academics, On/Off Campus Housing, athletics, greek life, health and safety, and weather. It depends on Fin Aid, but LMU is less expensive.

I’ve never seen the USF Campus, but I have seen LMU’s and it’s beautiful, I personally love the fountains. LMU is almost 3 times as big. USF is 55 acres while LMU is 142 acres.
I know it can be annoying to hear all the time but it depends on your “fit” and what you’re looking for. What do you want to major in and what are the other important factors you are looking at?

I would go to college prow ler . com and read reviews and look at ratings if you’re comparing the two schools.

OMG okay. I LOVE USF. So I’m biased. Please go check out the campus. You have your decision(:

I would venture to say that academically, LMU is a notch above USF
