Hoping for scholarship. Very excited.

I applied ED and heard back in slightly over a month. LMU has rolling admissions, so there is a great possibility that you could be hearing back very soon! Best of luck to you…

Thanks and congratulations!!

I applied RD on Jan.15 and heard back Feb.2! My first acceptance! GPA: 3.88 SAT: 1440. I’m super excited:) I haven’t heard back from my top choices but LMU is an incredible school and I would be lucky to go there.

I know. Totally weird. When I read yours I thought you were me! You should get in though! We are almost identical. I did get an 800 on math 2 and a 690 on physics subject tests. Are we identical in that as well?

I submitted first week of January and heard february 3rd.

I applied in December and have still been waiting. I am hoping to transfer this coming fall. I applied for early admission and was wondering when they will let you know if your are in or not? If anyone can answer this that would be great!
Thanks!

EA application deadline was in November. If you applied in December then you’re a part of the regular decision pool, and should hear soon. Look through the other threads where kids state their stats. If yours are higher than most, then I’d call admissions, if they are lower than chances are you’ll hear soon. Good luck!

Edit: just noticed you’re a transfer student! I’m not sure when transfer students hear back.

Did anyone for Regular decision get their acceptance package in the mail yet? How long does it usually take after your notification?

Got accepted two weeks ago. 3.9 GPA, 29 ACT, NHS/CSF involvement, w/ charity and ec’s. Good luck to all

My son applied in late November and ever since then, he’s been bombarded with emails from the LMU Admissions office. They’re coming every other day but nothing has changed on his portal. Is everyone getting a steady stream of emails too? LMU is his top choice but he is visiting Boulder tomorrow and I’m hoping he doesn’t fall in love with that school because LMU is a better fit. His GPA is a 3.45, SAT is 1220, he has good EC’s but a really compelling personal story. That’s likely why he’s been admitted to 5 out of 5 so far, four with good merit scholarships. We know he would not get money from LMU but he would still go if he’s admitted

@boys2mama my son also applied. He applied EA with almost the exact same stats (3.45 GPA and 1280 on the SAT) and was deferred so we’re still waiting. We too have been receiving a steady stream of LMU emails ever since he applied but no portal update since he was deferred in mid December. Hang in there. At least you have 5 other acceptances. Right now we have 3 and I’m happy about that as well. Good luck to you!!!

Son accepted last week 3.72 1270SAT. Sister graduating in May from LMU. Truly a great school. Awaiting any financial aid packages. Has anyone gotten one?

no, DD got in 2 weeks ago, still no package

@misstrendy Good luck to your son as well! My son is applying to LMU’s Entrepreneurship program. It’s relatively new so I’m not sure how competitive it is. They are fortunate to have other options

I got accepted 2 weeks ago. 3.6 GPA w/ 1190 SAT, No APs, 2 yrs in student council. I hope everyone else gets in as well.

I haven’t received a status yet! Is that bad? I’m so scared

Our friends’ son applied EA and was deferred to RD, and also is still awaiting notification. I think they can still be sending out acceptances for the next month or so. I know it’s hard, but try not to worry too much; I’m sure you will hear soon. Wishing you much luck!
