LMU vs University of Washington

I'm looking to study law and justice at the above schools.
I received 16,000$ of financial aid at UW for all 4 years. (4,000 a year)
I received $8,400 each year at LMU but because LMU is more expensive the schools end up being pretty similar in price. Plus money isn't necessarily an issue.

I live in California. My sister attends LMU and she will be there for two years with me.
I don't really care about weather. I live in the snow at home and I go to high school at the beach and I like them both.
I'm very down to earth though, I don't know if LMU has my type of people.

And I don't care about the school size too much, I'm willing to experience both. My goal is to transfer to USC or UC Berkeley for Grad school or even after a couple years as an undergrad.

Thoughts?

If you plan to transfer as an undergrad - don’t spend the big bucks on either. If you are going to spend $50k a year at either, you better like it enough to want your degree from there.
Money aside, if you don’t commit, it won’t feel like home and you won’t do your best.

Commit to 4 years at either or find a local CC and transfer to a UC as a Jr.
