Loa Omg Im Freaking Out

I just opened a thin letter today thinking it was another rejection and it was an LOA. I know it was an LOA thanks to the awesome people on this forum:

It said "You are guaranteed an offer of appointment if your remaining admissions requirements are completed." I just have to hope and PRAY PRAY PRAY for a medical waiver for a history of asthma (don't have it any more and sent in paperwork to refute it) and vision.

Considering I never got to this point last year, what does this mean? Cus as of right now, I'm freaking out.

AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA WOOHOO

Yep that's the LOA! Good luck on the waivers :)

Krypter...first off mucho congrats

secondly....STAY FOCUSED....STAY HEALTHY.....finish your school year with as high a grade point as possible and keep us all informed, OK?

Good luck and God be with you!

Congratulations Krypter! Way to go! :) :)

dude, haha, I know how you feel, congratulations man! If you're meant to go to USNA, you'll get the waiver. Have faith. And good luck!

it means you are that much closer to joining the Class of 2011!!!!

best of luck-and CONGRATULATIONS- TWICE- for both times you have taken this journey, and for making the second one the charmer!!! GOOD FOR YOU!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I'm gonna frame this letter regardless of whether or not I get the waiver

All right! Way to go Krypter!!! Good luck with the meds!

WHOO HOO!! Fantastic, Krypter! :D :D :D

Hoorah! Congrats Krypter!

CONGRATS! & good luck with the waiver

hopefully the asthma thing gets cleared up---i had to submit a rebuttal for some skin disease i don't have [yeah...long story]. the doctor couldnt go as far as saying i never had it, but was 100% sure i don't have it anymore, which was good enough to 'constitute a rebuttal'. If that asthma thing gets cleared up for you, i def wouldn't worry at all about the vision waiver [so long as it's deemed waiverable on dodmerb's website]..
congrats and good luck! hope to see you in june!

Get to work and hound the DoD to get your paperwork processed because I had an LOA to USMA for medical '10 and they didn't process my waiver until October. I'm not kidding.
