<p>Hi everyone... I just joined this site 5 mins. ago after reading all the helpful responses you guys had. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction, too. I have a tuition of $75K (over 3 years), and my expected family contribution is ($13.1K/yr), which sucks because I've already been told by my parents several times that they can't help out financially.</p>
<p>I'm still waiting to hear back from FAFSA to see if I qualify for the Stafford loan, or any of the federal grants. I've been pre-approved for the Parent PLUS loan for $25K, but I'll be the one making the payments 9 months from now -- unless I can find a loan that covers my tuition and lets me pay it back after I graduate. Does anyone know of anything that can help me out? I've been desperately looking for the last week, but so far I've come up with nothing, and once I start class on July 11th, I can't back out of the Parent PLUS loan anymore. Ideally I can find grants, but I'll take any loans that will let me pay them back after I graduate. I applied for the Sally Mae Signature Loan, but both me and my co-signer (dad) didn't get approved for it.</p>
