Hey. Well, supposedly I might get my U.S perm residency by december of next year but that is sometimes a crapshoot, so i wanted to know about sources of financial aid for internationals.
First if you know about any good scholarships, and second if you know about companies banks, etc that give loans to intls (with or without a us. citizen cosigner.
Thanks

There are no banks that give out loans to internationals without a US co-signer, but there are quite a lot available with a co-signer (just google) and a few school specific loan programs that don't require a co-signer.
And there are no "good scholarships" for internationals. A few public schools award out-of-state tuition waivers, a few (mostly less selective) private ones consider international students along with domestic students for merit aid and the very top LACs and universities award need-based fin aid to internationals. But competition for these funds is extremely competitive (the admission rate of international students at top schools is about half of the rate of domestic ones). One top 50 LAC (cannot recall which one) with average ACT scores of 2*-31 says on its website that international students need to have a 33+ ACT score to be considered for fin aid at all. I think that holds true for most schools: you need to be better than most of the American students attending to receive some sort of fin aid.

yeah that was about the panorama i perceived for intls, i was just you know wondering if maybe there were some options i wasnt aware of.
