<p>I was wondering when can us college kids begin applying for loans? </p>

<p>And I was also wondering we can use our loan $ to buy books and stuff, but where would get our loan $ money from to buy the books and such, and how would we use the money to buy that stuff? Cause its not like they give us the money directly. Confused I are a little.</p>
