Local restaurant/bar where students might be in a Thursday evening?

Taking son to visit Dickinson. We like to arrive the night before and get a vibe on/off campus in the evenings. Can you recommend a local spot that might be more likely to have students than tourists?

Gingerbread Man - often referred to as “G-Man.” It’s more of a bar type setting where you are almost guaranteed to see students, although perhaps fewer on a Thursday.
