I am from Maryland and haven't heard anything yet, and as you all know it is nerveracking reading people's posts about how they've been accepted, and I haven't heard of any rejections yet. So, just out of curiosity, for those of you who are still waiting, where do you live? Should I have gotten something by now? I am just particularly paranoid because I haven't heard from any of my schools yet. Scary. bleh. Thanks!</p>

<p>I realized it was the LA Opera wanting my step dad to renew his season tickets. </p>

<p>Nothing yet (Pacific Northwest). I don't expect anything until Saturday or Monday next week.</p>
<p>Maryland and NO package yet (don't be alarmed, I'm getting one cause i got both Uday and GSP). I too got a false alarm when I saw a BIG white envelope, but it was Fin Aid package from Northeastern.</p>
<p>By the way, it took forever for my Uday invite to get here....</p>
<p>haha that helps jaimelajolie; i didnt get any invite, and i am not necessarily expecting to get in, but I feel like I should have a really good shot given my qualifications compared to what I've heard from other acceptees. i am just nervous because i haven't heard from any schools yet! where in MD do you go to school? I am a Montgomery County kid, I live in Wheaton but go to Bethesda-Chevy Chase HS, so... a lot of competition within the school, you know.</p>

<p>hmmm. Several kids from my school aplied too-one girl got a Sunday at the Square invite, and DIDN'T EVEN CARE! NYU is something like....4th or 5th on her list :( </p>
<p>I'm in Anne Arundel County. </p>
<p>SO. So far the immediate NYC area and far away places like Ohio have received letters.</p>
<p>in Virginia...I just checked the mail and didn't get anything.</p>
<p>I got mine in Connecticut, 2.5 hours away from the city. $13k/year CAS scholarship, with $4k/year work-study. w00t.</p>

<p>My theory is that the Southeast area will take a while because the coast is such a populated area (Baltimore, DC, Philly) and so mail loads are more substantial than ones that, say, go ot Ohio. SO. FYI: my FinAid envelope from Northeastern was posted March 28 and I got it two days later, on March 31st. SO. Compared to that, we'll prob get our NYU mail tomorrow, since NYU UGADMISSION said all letters were posted yesterday!!! :)</p>

<p>Mail has come already today(in the midwest) and my daughter hasn't received anything. We're out of the country as of tomorrow morning so I guess she'll have to wait another week. She applied to Tisch. I've got my fingers crossed for all of you!</p>
<p>Ahh I applied to Northwestern, UMD, McGill, UVA, GWU, and NYU (top choice). Didn't get into Northwestern, got into top programs at UMD and McGill (but those aren't schools I really care about...) and am still waiting on UVA, GWU, and NYU.</p>
<p>It's nerveracking because GW (which is too expensive for me) and UVA (which is practically impossible to get into from Maryland) tell me tonight, and then NYU which is the only one I particularly care about I won't here from so if I get rejected from there then I won't have any others to look forward to. scared! ah!</p>
<p>Anyone not receive invites, but get accepted anyway?</p>
