<p>What exactly is lofting a bed and who is doing it? I was assigned to stanford and the dorms are extra-small so i need to figure out how to get some more space for my fridge, tv, ect. I think it means to raise the bed to put stuff under it but how hard is that to do and how much does it cost?</p>
<p>we bought those bed posts (9.99 for 4) to raise the bed to allow for underbed storage. They go up about 6-8 inches (from memory)</p>
