Your SAT scores are great, although your Math II score is on the lower side. EC’s are good, as long as you show their importance/your dedication to them. GPA is quite low for all three schools. The truth is, Harvard, Princeton, and Yale are reach schools for practically every student /

To be honest, I think Harvard, Princeton, and Yale are all big reaches for you. Despite what @browngurl4123 said, your SATs, SAT2s and GPA are all below the Harvard average. Also, your ECs are solid, but HYPSM are looking for national awards or otherwise unique things that an applicant would bring with them to campus.

You look like an amazing applicant, and I am sure you’ll get into a great school. HYPSM will all be big reaches, but don’t let that stop you from applying if that’s where you want to go!

You have a solid collection of grades/scores/ECs–that said, on average, they are a bit below the mean for top tier Ivy schools. However, if you can make a compelling personal statement/essay, it would still be worth a shot. In closing, I will say, the top Ivies are a crap shoot for even the most qualified applicants–but, you should take heart as my daughter, who is a freshmen at Yale, got in with a SAT, 30 points lower than you, but a higher GPA and class rank–best.

I think based solely on test scores and gpa alone (even though they are good), you may not have an easy time getting accepted into the nation’s top tier schools, but your activities seem pretty solid. I think if you have solid application essays, then these schools will consider you.
