<p>I don't think that putting you went on a teen tour would count as an EC. EC would be activities you "do" not activities you "did".</p>
<p>Pick one of the colleges that you are applying to. Email these questions to the admissions office. You could word your note something like this:</p>
<p>I have carefully reviewed your application form, and can't determine where I should include my fluency in Russian and my participation in the XYZ summer program in 200X. Could you please advise me on the correct places for this information?</p>
