Long Distance Travel

Anybody know any cheap ways to travel from Georgetown to say, Boston, other than using a car? Are there any great deals for trains or buses that anyone knows about?

Cheapeast would be taking the chinatown bus to NYC and then again from NYC to Boston. It would be roughly $30-40 one way total.

Amtrak is the train option from union station but amtrak will be more expensive.

airfare is more expensive also with it being $50 one way from Baltimore (BWI) to Boston. More like $100 from DC airports.

^ A friend of mine told me about the Chinatown bus, I thought it was too good to be true… Until now! I can’t believe they actually make money.

There is really no reason to take Greyhound over them. Some of them have wifi also which will make the trip less boring if you bring your laptop.
