It's too expensive to visit colleges, so there's no chance for me to look at those schools.
I'm looking for small classes, ideally cool location(with snow), strong humanties, psychology programs where students have high acceptance rates at law school.
MOST importantly, fin. aid , my family income is $60,000 annually
PS I do have safeties-Canadian schools,so just looking for match-reach schools in the US

Your list is very top heavy. It need to be more balanced with match and safety schools.

With the exception of Harvard, Yale and Williams, most of these colleges are not need blind to international students, so your financial need will be a factor in the admissions process.

Keep in mind that of these schools also have a large asian population just here in the U.S. and you are going to be in a large pool of international applicants many who are also asian.

I've noticed that many schools make videotaped tours you can look at to give you a feel for the campus. These are usually available from your school counselors, college counselor, and very often these days online. Just remember that they will give everything the most positive spin possible, and will not include any negatives. You might post on the boards of the individual schools for more objective feedback from current students.

Why the hell isn't Brown on that list?

does Brown offer aid to intl and why is Brown a match for me?Thanks for the suggestion but some reasons please?

It's just that Brown is very much like most of the schools on your list, like Dartmouth, Yale, Amherst, and Swarthmore, so if those are good matches, then Brown would be too.

From the financial aid site:
We will continue to consider foreign applicants on a need-aware basis, that is, Brown will take into account their financial need in making admission decisions. However, for those foreign applicants that we do admit, we will continue to meet 100% of their demonstrated financial need.
