Longest Car Ride?

About 12 hours.

wow…i think I have everyone here beat…I’ve been on at least a couple dozen car trips (with sometimes me driving) that were 10+ hours long. Mostly to Chicago and out to Texas.

Wow you guys must live so close to your families and everything. We frequently drive to Alabama and Maryland, 8 and 9 hour trips. We sometimes go to VA or to the beach, adding 2 hours to the 9, and once we went to Mississippi.

The longest I ever went though, was from Maryland to Northern Maine. We broke it up into two days, but mostly because my aunt wanted us to “experience” Foxwoods.

12 hours from OBX North Carolina to Upstate NY.

All my family lives within 10 minutes of my house.

I say 13-15 hours. Though car rides do not bother me at all, I like to travel. I also like traveling through plane, but a lot of times I prefer to travel by car for scenery etc… In other words, similar to a road trip.

Mines only 8 hours, to Yosemite national park.lol. I like traveling for long distances, as long as there’s an extra seat or so.

San Diego to Las Vegas (about 6.5 hrs)
San Diego to San Felipe, B.C., Mexico (about 6 hrs)

10-12 hour drive to Las Vegas x)

and another rather long car ride from san jose to the grand canyon, though i slept through that.

Maine to Orlando, Florida which was ~30 hours give or take
Philly to Miami, Florida for the NCAA Tournament last year, which was ~18 hours

Good times.

10 hours driving through Turkey in a small car with 4 family members D:

I’ve been on like a 10 hour bus ride (with camp) to Canada, maybe it was more.

150 hours to india

6 and a half hours/ nearly 7 just from NYC to upstate NY. traffic in NYC is a big problem though =/

I’ve drove for 10 hours. I stayed in the car for a total of 12 hours, 2 of the hours I was having sex with my girlfriend.

TMI, and you’re lying.

Like 10+ hours (if you count gas stops, food stops, etc.) more like 12.
From NY to Chicago.

I’ve done a few 18 + hour road trips from Northern Indiana to Tampa, Florida. Mostly everyone here does it for spring break.
