<p>Hi everyone, I'm just wondering what you think my chances are of getting into the following schools. </p>

<p>My GPA is a 3.4 and I'm in the top 25% of my class.</p>

<p>These are the schools I applied to:</p>

<p>St. Michael's College
Syracuse
Ithaca College
Fordham
Elon
Villanova
University of Richmond</p>

<p>I plan on majoring in Journalism at any of these schools, no matter which I go to, so it's important for me for the school to have a good journalism program.</p>

<p>SAT SCORES:</p>

<p>verbal: 595
Math: 535
Writing: 620</p>

<p>varsity basketball -10,11,12
-all state, co-captain Senior year
varsity tennis -11,12
varsity cross country -10</p>

<p>I also started an ultimate frisbee team at my school.</p>

<p>I took 3 AP classes during High school (AP US History, AP english comp and AP Lit) and a bunch of honors classes.</p>

<p>Was on Athletic Council 10,11,12 as well as a few other clubs, and I was the editor for my schools Newspaper. I also have done a lot of volunteer work, most recently I volunteered at a nursing home.</p>

<p>Have had a job at a summer camp throughout high school, and other jobs as well.</p>

<p>So any feedback on what you guys think my chances are would help a lot.. thanks</p>

<p>did you apply EA to any of these schools because i know that Fordham and Villanova and places have EA...</p>

<p>hey I only really know about the university of richmond but if you are a male you have an excellent if not almost gaurenteed shot at it but if you are a female your odds are a little less</p>

they havent given 5's in YEARS</p>

<p>villanova is a reach...and university of richmond is too i believe syracuse might be a reach</p>
