<p>My friend (female) and I have found a new 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom in Brentwood that is actually only 2 miles away from UCLA. However, we need two other female roommates who can live with us. My friend and I will be living in one room, so we are looking for two other roommates for the other room, preferably undergraduates. Both of us are social science majors and are going to be third years in 2009/2010, and we study when we need to get serious; however, we also like to have fun so it'd be easier if we get roommates who are still undergraduates and aren't entirely serious and quiet all the time. We like to party occasionally so we like to drink and play beerpong sometimes. We're not too strict on roommates who smoke, but if you do smoke, we would definitely like outside smokers. Overall, we're just two down to earth people who just want to have a good time, but still get work done.</p>
<p>The overall price for the apartment is $2,408 a month, so the rent that each person needs to pay is $602 a month since there will be 4 occupants in the apartment. The bedrooms are enormous compared to the apartments in Westwood by UCLA. Not only that, but this is a brand new apartment so there are new creamy white carpets in the living room and the bedrooms, as well as new wood floors in the kitchen. The kitchen appliances and the bathrooms are all new as well. For the room that we are renting out, there are two spacious closets in the actual bedroom, and there are two sinks in the bathroom for convenience so that two people can get ready at the same time. Please also note that this is an UNFURNISHED apartment, so if you do move in, we would have to negotiate who would bring what such as sofas, dining tables, utensils, etc since we haven't moved in either. On another note, the apartment comes with balcony/patio, cable available, ceiling fans, controlled access, courtyard, covered parking, dishwasher, disposal, extra storage, high speed internet access, DSL available, laundry room, microwave included, public transportation available, recreational areas, sauna, scenic view, swimming pool(s), trash pickup included, water/sewer included, WiFi available, on-site laundry facilities, controlled access entry, gated/ reserved parking, fiesta room with billiard, newly-renovated BBQ facilities, heated swimming pool, wetbars, sauna, and a fitness Center (24 hrs). There are two assigned parking spots as well.</p>
<p>We're looking for roommates who can start living with us for the 2009/2010 school year, but it'd be more convenient if you can start living with us from June 15 when UCLA summer school starts for both my friend and I are attending both sessions (Session A & C).</p>
