Looking for a college to fit my very specific requests!

<p>Hello, this is my first post. After hours of research I came to a dead end..</p>

<p>I hope to find some answers in this forum, here is my request:</p>

<p>-The college must have a 100% online degree program in psychology. [No hybrid at all.]</p>

<p>-I live in the NY, USA area so I am open to colleges here, but the ones I have found have not fascinated me yet. [not interested in going to another college online outside of NY except Penn State (or something equally prestigious) but their World Campus is currently full]</p>

<p>-Must start Spring 2014, so I cannot miss the cutoff application date.</p>

<p>-VERY attracted to European colleges & universities: they can be more inexpensive and more diverse. The only obligation here is that they need to offer the program in English too. I am not proficient in any other language at this time.</p>

<p>So there you have it College Confidential. :)</p>

<p>I was going to say UMUC as that’s the only one I know of but it’s not in NY.</p>

<p>Also, just an anecdote - European universities are inexpensive but usually only for EU or EEA residents</p>

<p>Thank Amandarin! I will look into it anyway. I do understand your point about the citizenship, but I may have a way if I find a college I really want.</p>
