<p>Can some give me names of GOOD (no, really, I mean it) colleges that won't give much of a damn to ECs and are more or less willing to give Financial Aid to International students that have super-good grades?

<p>What country are you applying from? The standards are different for different countries, as is the level of competition you face from other applicants from the same place. Also, do your test scores and recommendations match your grades?</p>
<p>Have you visited the Int’l thread? </p>
<p>As you know, very few schools in the US give aid to int’l students. And, those that do (such as the ivies) do look at ECs and “hooks.”</p>
<p>Rhodes gives aid to internationals. I’m guessing most LACs of it’s ilk do as well. The really tough thing about giving aid to international students is that we usually don’t have any way to verify income or assets.</p>
