Looking for a JOB - Need Help

I'm 17, and I can work evenings and on the weekends. I'm looking for a job for the next several months.

So far, I've applied to Starbucks, Macys, Nordstroms, and CVS. I'm having trouble thinking of other large places that might like to hire teens.

Anyone have any ideas?

I work at Dunkin Donuts and i'm 16. other places:
um..apply to other pharmacies like walgreens and rite aid. other clothing stores? barnes and noble? borders? stuff liek that. just drive around and look.

it might be worth your time to investigate the random, smaller places in your town-- i have a lot of friends who work at the local indie movie theatre, and i work in this tiny little retail store, which is nice because it's reasonably flexible and such.

Don't forget restaurants. Working as a waitress/waiter in the evenings (or even weekend mornings, depending on the restaurant) can bring in some really nice, steady tips. They are also usually really good with job flexibility (instead of a permanent schedule many simply let you request days off in the coming weeks- something that might be useful since you're still a full-time student.)
Think Perkins, Lobster Shanty, Carrabba's, Primavera, Cracker Barrel ect...

circuit city/best buy/electronics store in general.

Yeah everything people suggested is good, but don't forget the little places too. I work at our town's local general store and it's terrific, mainly because so many friends come in (but that would probably be different if you didn't live in a small town like me). Also, make sure you apply somewhere you actually could have fun at. OH, also, where do your friends work? It can be great to work with friends, literally a third of my class works at either one of the two local supermarkets, and they all hang out and have fun.

The little places are really good for teens to work. I work at a small butcher shop (sorry if you're vegan), and I enjoy it way more than I would enjoy working at McDonald's. I get to do so much more because the highest management are a husband and a wife who are at the store everyday, and I talk with them all the time. I was hired as a dishwasher in the kitchen area where they make deli salads and desserts, but in just a few months I've helped fix the computers and helped my boss figure out how much to raise the prices on the products (he's not great at math, but he can cook anything). How many teenagers that work at McDonald's can say that?
