Im looking for a college that is a small to medium size (3000-9000 students), a very pretty campus...perhaps a colonial feel like William and Mary? A really mellow atmosphere, not HUGE partiers, but there is parties on the weekends if you wanted there to be, and lots of fun to be had. I want it to also have an intellectual feel, but still have a lot of school pride and spirit as well. As for the location, anything within the new england states, or the mid atlantic states will be fine! If anyone has any ideas I greatly appreciate it, thanks!

You ought to be able to get a starting point with the college finders on this site, princeton review, or college board. Good luck!

Petersons’ website is usually helpful as well.

Williams, though maybe too small @2300 students.

What kind of stats do you have? (GPA, test scores, etc). Also, will you require financial aid? The answers to those questions will give you much better feedback.

I have a 3.3 GPA and a 1290 SAT (math and reading only) Financial aid would be very helpful, but Im not going to make the the deciding factor at all, so I am open to anything cost wise.

With that type of SAT & GPA you would be eligible for merit aid at Alfred University. (NY)
2200 Undergrads, small classes, Division III Athletics, merit aid, need based aid, small charming village of Alfred, NY with very friendly people! Housing all 4 years, shuttles run to Rochester airport & buses to NYC at peak break times. No Greek Life.

All students may have cars!

These may not meet all your requirements but maybe University of Mary Washington (VA), Muhlenberg ¶, Marist (NY) and Hobart William Smith (NY). Best of luck!

I have never heard much about Marist before, but as Im doing some research it seems like it could be a good fit, thanks!
