You should re-think your list.

UIUC, UT-Austin and Georgia Tech are all public universities UNLIKELY to offer much need based aid to an international student.

Also, a student visa limits you to work on campus, 20 hours per week maximum, for $10-12/hour… that may not be able to pay for more than your books and smaller expenses.

To increase your chances you should also apply to less selective private schools where your stats may earn merit aid.

CMU for CS is a huge stretch- it has a 7% admit rate. SAT range is 730-770 R&W / 770-800M.

Cornell is not a direct admit to CS: you apply to the major after you complete general college requirements.

Keeping in mind the prestige factor of the university.
