Looking for a traditional campus in a big city

Thanks for your reply wgmcp101. To answer a few of your questions, i am not sure if i’m within the top 10 percent but for sure the top 15. Thank for the bit about tennis, i am a guy but being able to play on a club team, or even just playing in the park would be fun to continue playing

Anyone else? Bump

I dont think anyone asked for your opinion of our neighborhood. We have pretty close to a traditional campus. Our layout is more of a square rather than a long strip of buildings like at BU.

There used to be a thread on this site listing schools located in or near big cities. Try searching the site. If you are willing to be in an urban area like San Jose, but not necessarily in an actual city, you could consider University of Santa Clara.

My brother’s friend, who is in a wheelchair, goes to Temple and he was robbed in his dorm this past year at gunpoint. Granted, he was dealing drugs, but the people who robbed him were still from the neighborhoods outside Temple. I think it’s pretty sketchy.

There’s your problem. If you’re calling attention to yourself like that, you’re definitely going to have issues. I dont know anyone here who has been robbed at gunpoint, and my best friend here lived at the dorm furthest off campus, closest to the ‘sketchier’ areas. Other than this part, which is pretty much off campus, our campus is very safe.
