Looking for an affordable Culinary Arts program

I'm a high school student from Mexico wanting to study a bachelors degree in culinary arts. I want to study outside of Mexico in a good and recognized school but I've found that tuition costs are too high for me. I've looked in on great schools like the CIA and the New England Culinary Institute but I find the tuition costs are too high even with scholarships and getting a job. What are some schools/universities/colleges that offer a bachelors degree in culinary arts and or something culinary related and have affordable tuition? I'm looking for a place where the total annual cost is 12000 USD or less preferably in an english speaking country such as the us, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

This website is US-centric so it isn’t likely you will get some comprehensive info for other countries. Not very many 4 year colleges offer Culinary programs in the U.S. If you are doing culinary it seems you could get a better price in Mexico. There are 2 year community colleges here in Calif that offer culinary programs. They don’t have the pedigree name you pay up for but they are cost effective way to get some training. You could transfer to a CSU to complete your 4 year degree in business, say, if you take the appropriate prerequisite classes along with your culinary classes. Two are San Francisco City College and Cabrillo College.
