Looking for an international School

I've had no luck in my search for a school outside of the US. Basically, the only requirements are that the language of instruction has to be mostly english. I am a high school senior, and have taken four years of Spanish. Of course, I'm ideally looking at Norway, Finland, Sweden, or Germany, because these are the countries that I have found with free tuition for international students. Can anyone recommend any college? I usually find that most english programs are for postgraduate studies.

What’s your course of study?

computer science and biology

Utrecht University in the Netherlands - but it’s not free for international students - for non-EU nationals tuition is over $10,000 per year. Does not include housing, etc.

wow, good suggestion. I love it so far. fairly cheap too

Nearly every university in the Netherlands costs around 10.000 because of government subsidies… If you’re interested in Aerospace Engineering, you can study that at Delft Technical University. They might have other majors in English as well, but I’m not sure. Remember though that in Holland you have to apply to a certain major. You don’t apply to a school in general and it’s not that easy to change majors after a year or so.
I am a senior in Holland.

I dont know how to edit my post unfortunately, I just read that you are interested in computer science and biology. I don’t know if Delft offers these courses in English.
Eindhoven Technical University offers two Computer science programs, web science and software science. These are both entirely in English. Tuition is something like 8500€ for non-EU citizens.

Good luck with your search!
