Looking for an upgrade

I'm a rising junior Finance/Economics major from a large state school in New England, nothing in the Top 100 list.

-3.3ish GPA. Graduated HS with a 4.0, but nothing that made me stand out. First semester in college was rough, improved in the second semester. Third semester I pulled a 4.0, fourth (this past) semester, I scored a ~3.7.

-Very strong work experience. I've held an internship at Morgan Stanley for the past two years, a stint with the State Department in Moscow, was a Resident Assistant in school, and worked throughout high school.

-Very strong EC's. I have a leadership role in one of the school's largest investment/finance clubs, I'm a brother in the campus's top fraternity (#1 in sports, GPA, size, etc), I currently serve as president of a statewide business challenge that gives seed money to entrepreneurs, and I'm the founder of a Russian language club on campus.

-Misc: SAT 1980 (took it once in HS without any studying. I'm confident that if I retook it, I could score higher.) I'm close with a couple of my professors, and could get good recommendations from them.

So far, I'm interested in Dartmouth, Cornell, UVA, Columbia, Bates, Bowdoin, Colby, Boston University, Tufts, and Rice. Do any of those look unreasonable/can you think of other schools with a strong Economics program?

Also, I will definitely need financial aid, so that's a big factor.
