I'm a high school senior and I want to attend college either next year or the year after. I have 4 different majors on my mind right now: Criminal Justice (my top choice), Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology. I eventually want to work for the FBI, and I need major help finding a good, credible college that is affordable (between $10,000-$25,000/year). Other things like campus life and location sort of play a role in my decision, but I want to focus on cost and credibility.

I've tried Google, but I can't seem to find anything that helps. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks a lot!

My son has interests similar to yours. Our neighbor is an FBI agent so we asked him what majors are valued and useful at the bureau. He named several.

Psych - to understand deviant minds
Accounting - to catch white-collar criminals
Math - excellent problem solvers (that's what he studied)
Foreign Language - terrorism
etc. etc

We asked specifically about criminal justice and criminology. He said no one he knows at the FBI had those majors. NO ONE. In fact, he said CJ and crimininology are too narrow and limiting for an FBI career. As a minor or grad degree they might be OK. But, he was very serious about studying something else for undergrad.

Based on that, we are advising our son to consider a Psych major with Sociology minor (criminology conc).

restlesspaper,
Check out John Jay College of Criminal Justice in NYC-not just a criminal justice major, but has some of the things which DougBetsy mentioned. Also, check out Northeastern University in Boston. My nephew graduated a few years back and he is now a police officer in NYC. They are on the co-op program where you spend a number of semesters working in between your semesters in the classroom. While you are working you get paid and you receive valuable experience in your field which helps you build a resume.
