Looking for feedback on innovative learning for highschoolers

Our kids are older than yours … D2002, S2004, D2006! They are all working now. Each one pursued a very different path during and after college. Eldest did neuroscience and studio art, second got into mechanical engineering, and youngest did economics. They had a tough time deciding what college was right for them and which major to pursue. Although we are very happy now, I wish we had a better way to guide them. In 2015, I went back to Stanford to study as a Fellow for a year. Then I started teaching a very hands-on summer entrepreneurship programs to high school students through the Stanford Pre-Collegiate Program. The learnings are used by the students in a variety of ways, including helping them prepare for their college applications and journey. I find it super satisfying and exciting to work with high highschoolers. My goal is to help students develop a life skill to take risks, overcome fears and achieve what they care about. My goal is to also coach parents how they can support their kids to achieve their goals and overcome barriers. Please message me if I can be of help.
