Looking for Finance Schools & SAT I and II enquiries.

I an an international student living out side the US. I am looking for good Universities those offer Finance courses. I have only realized recently the requirements for the top universities in US and is struggling to meet the requirements.** I did SAT I the first time in November 2010 and only achieved 1780 ( 520CR, 720M,540WR). This is below my expectation and i believe i could score higher than that (1850-1950). However, most of the good schools that I am looking forward to study requires SAT II subject tests as well. The deadline for most schools for international students is Feb 1, 2011. My only available date of SAT taking is 22 Jan 2010*. My question is: **Should i retake SAT I for a better score and so apply for limited number of schools? Or should i try to take SAT II (Maths 2 and Physics - estimated score 680 and 620). And what are the possible reaches and matches that i have based on the SATs score above and Predicted A levels score (Edexcel) AAAB?*
Some of the schools i have looked at are (listed from highly competitive admission to safeties):
-University of Pennsylvania (SATs II required)
-University of Michigan
-Duke University(SATs II required)
-UCLA(SATs II required)
-Pennsylvania State University(safeties -top 70)
Due to the pressure of time, i could not have chance to look for many schools. Any suggestions about the SATs and universities are welcomed. I have to make decisions soon to be able to start applying.

Penn Duke and U Mich are really extremely high reaches with your SAT reasoning scores as they stand. I would find a December date if you need SAT2 tests because I think you nees to take the SAT reasoning tests again. Is english your first language? If not that may help the low CR and W scores.

No English is not my first language. I am retaking SAT I in January and hopefully will improve my score to around 1850. I will take IELTS this December and i think i will score around 7.0, which might help to improve my chances and alleviate the bad scores for CR and WR in SAT I. I’m unlikely to be able to take SAT II because the deadline in December had passed. Is Pennsylvania State University a possible reach? What are other schools that matches my ability and other possible reaches?
