So can anyone suggest some high ranking colleges that use CA? I am starting to feel pessimistic about my choice of colleges. Ivy League is out of the question me thinks.

SAT 1420
SAT II, Math IC 710, Writing 760, Chem 740
TOEFL 283

How about Duke? It's still a reach probably.

Their supplement is pretty easy, but the application fee is $70. Ouch.

Carleton College. Not only do they use Common App, they have no supplement, and if you apply online they waive the application fee.

Yep, that's not a typo. No supplement. No fee. Essentially, click a button and you've applied.

The best part is that, even though they're in the US News Top 10 LACs, they accept 30% of applicants, and even more if you're not from Minnesota. (Conversely, the bad news is they're in Minnesota, if you don't like cold.)

Also, the total tuition/room/board/everything charge is $35k. It's fairly cheap by private college standards.

Bowdoin, and Grinnel.

Carnegie Mellon University

Carnegie Mellon University is not a nice place to study.

Cornell uses common app.

Might try Holy Cross.

Case Western
NYU
Emory

Amherst is another one

Swarthmore College!

Dartmouth!!

Yale accepts the common app also.

yea Cornell and Yale are pretty good colleges to consider...

Cornell, Yale, and Dartmouth are all part of the Ivy League. Read the original post.

Please not the hint of sarcasm in my previous post to empphasize this ^

W&M uses common app. Their supplement is "do anything with one side of a 8.5x11 paper" or something along those lines.
