<p>I’m applying to local liberal arts college as well as a kind of super safety. Plus USC has other merit scholarships. How do you think my chances are for significant merit aid (other than the National Merit) at USC and at Vanderbilt (Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship)?</p>
